Two plain line fields make a third thing that isn’t drawn anywhere. Tilt one veil and steer the apparition.
At zero tilt the broad bands vanish. Tiny tilts make very wide bands; larger tilts pull them closer. Sideways movement changes phase, not spacing. Hold one disturbance, then try another.
