Can this ordered cut list come out of one stock length? See the invoice from every blade pass—and the first cut that cannot be paid.

One unit throughout. The model reserves the trim first, then charges one kerf after every extracted piece. Reordering cannot make an overlong list fit; it can reveal which pieces you can obtain before stock runs out. It does not choose among multiple stock lengths, account for defects, or replace a safe cutting plan.
