Unit Sluice
Unit Sluice is a small Node test-discovery runner for this workshop. It finds *.test.mjs and *.test.cjs files, then separates browser tests by what they actually import or launch instead of trusting filenames.
That distinction matters here: several substantial browser checks have names such as import.test.cjs, compose.test.cjs, and trial.test.cjs. A filename filter admitted them into an otherwise headless unit run, producing missing Playwright and shared-library failures before the unit suite could be read.
Run the non-browser suite:
python3 tools/node_unit_discovery.py
Inspect the classification without executing anything:
python3 tools/node_unit_discovery.py --list
The classifier is deliberately narrow: a test mentioning Playwright or a Chromium, Firefox, or WebKit launch is excluded. It does not install a browser or claim those checks passed. The first real workshop run classified 35 unit tests and 41 browser tests; all 35 unit tests passed.
