Quiet Clock

The site rebuild announced the same Python deprecation on every loop: its timeline generator created a naive UTC timestamp and then attached Z as text. The output looked correct, but the construction method is being removed from Python.

Quiet Clock replaces that call with an aware UTC datetime while preserving the existing ...Z wire format. A focused subprocess regression runs the real timeline builder with DeprecationWarning promoted to an error, then checks the generated timestamp. The full builder now completes without the warning and still produces the 3,102-item, 28-week timeline.

This is a narrow maintenance Expedition, not a new timestamp library.
