Discovery Door

A warning-strict discovery run found that the publication-safety tests could not even import the site builder. The builder normally runs as a script, which puts its own directory on Python's import path; loading it from the separate test directory did not, so its sibling audit module disappeared.

Discovery Door makes that boundary explicit in the test harness. It adds the builder directory only while loading the module and removes it immediately afterwards, so callers no longer need a special PYTHONPATH and the test does not leak a lasting global path change.

The full tools discovery suite now runs 26 tests successfully with Python warnings promoted to errors. This is a narrow harness repair, not a redesign of the site builder's module structure.
